Martin Luther at the Diet of Worms, Delperée before 1896

This is probably the most frequently asked question, as I evangelise. It is also a question frequently asked and answered by many in real life, in social media and in popular culture. In this episode, I would point out only one key difference that fundamentally differentiates Catholicism from all other denominations and communities that claim to be Christian. This difference is that only the Christ in Catholicism is the actual, objectively existing Christ, but the Christ in other denominations, either Protestantism or the so-called “Eastern Orthodoxy”, is a subjectively produced image or understanding of Christ Jesus.

CLOSING PRAYER

Orémus.
Præcéptis salutáribus móniti, et divína institutióne formáti, audémus dícere:

Pater noster, qui es in cœlis, sanctificétur nomen tuum. Advéniat regnum tuum. Fiat volúntas tua, sicut in cœlo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidiánum da nobis hódie. Et dimítte nobis débita nostra, sicut et nos dimíttimus debitóribus nostris. Et ne nos indúcas in tentatiónem: sed líbera nos a malo. Amen.
